We had so much fun playing Halloween themed games and learning Go Noodle dances for the Halloween Disco. Thanks to 6th Class for leading the routines. :)

PE in Junior Infants

We play lots of different sports and games in PE. In Junior infants we are doing Gymnastics and Dance at the moment. We love when teacher sprinkles Magic Dust to help us dance!!

We have learned loads of new dances, just ask anyone in our class to show you the Root cha cha, The Monster Shuffle, Bones, Trolls, Shake your Sillies and lots lots more!

We are really good at gymnastics, we know the Bear Walk, The Caterpillar Walk, Star Shapes, Pin Shapes, Ball Shapes and how to put them altogether in a sequence!

GAA

De La Salle GAA come to our school every week and all the classes love getting their turn. Here are some pictues of the girls enjoying it so far:

Swimming

4th, 5th and 6th Class have had a great time at swimming so far this year! We walk to the pool in Ballyfermot Leisure Centre before our lessons.

Sports Week 2016

We had a great time during Sports Week last year. We got to try out lots of different sports and activities like:

Yoga
Dance
Camogie
Soccer
Tennis
Rugby

We had a Sports Day too with lots of different races! There were lots of awards for sports given out at assembly this year!


We can't wait for Sports Week this year in June!

Yard Toys

We are so lucky to have lots of equipment and toys to play with during yard.

We follow a Yard Rota to see what we get to play with each week.
